Terms

The short version: use it for your own revision, be 13 or over, and remember that a mark from us is a guide, not a promise.

01

What EasyGrades is

EasyGrades is a revision site for GCSE students. You sit past papers, we mark what we can and point you at what to revise. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

EasyGrades is not connected to, endorsed by or affiliated with AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR, Eduqas or any other exam board. Past papers belong to the boards; we do not host them, and you open them on the board's own website.

02

Your account

You need to be 13 or over. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One account per person. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

03

Fair use

Use the site for your own revision. Please do not try to break it, scrape it, overload it, get into other people's accounts, or copy our lessons and questions to publish elsewhere. If you do, we may close your account.

04

Our content

The lessons, questions, checklists, marking rules and everything else we write are ours. You can use them for your own revision as much as you like. You may not republish or sell them.

05

Marks and grades

Marks are our best effort at applying the board's published mark schemes, and any grade we show is a rough feel based on past boundaries. Neither is a promise about what you will get in a real exam. Longer written answers are marked with judgement, and judgement can be wrong. Treat everything here as a guide, not a verdict.

06

Cost

EasyGrades is free while we build it. If we introduce paid plans, we will say so clearly in advance, and nothing you already have will be taken away without notice.

07

Availability and liability

We try to keep the site up and your data safe, but it is a small project and things can go wrong. We are not responsible for lost revision time, lost data beyond what the law requires, or any exam result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

08

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; if a change matters we will say so on the site. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may leave at any time by deleting your account.

09

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
